Warranty Terms Conditions

* Warranty replacements can be take up to 4 – 7 working days.

* Products have to be returned with the original box and the manuals and invoice in order to claim warranty. Kindly note that Warranty cannot be claimed without these items.

* Warranty is applicable only for manufacturing defects. Warranty Will not be applicable for Physical damages, Drop Damages, external or internal burnt damages, Cosmetic damages, repairs, disassembles, modifications made and water damages.

* In the event of a manufacturing defect, Gadget Ceylon shall either repair the product, replace the product with a new product or provide a credit note against future purchases. Cash refund will not be provided under any circumstances.

* The customer should be responsible for all shipping charges relating to warranty claim process. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. The product is to be sent with the original box and any other accessories.
